What You'll Do
Oversee Day-to-Day Operations for a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth facility management.
Lead Financial Planning by reviewing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring alignment with property goals.
Solve Problems Quickly & Decisively--step into challenges with confidence, find smart solutions, and follow through with precision.
Collaborate with Boards & Stakeholders to deliver clear communication, sound recommendations, and long-term planning support.
Implement Structure & Policy that drives consistency, reduces risk, and supports property health.

Qualifications
Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1-3 years in property management, or 2+ years in a management/operations role from another field.
Tech Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
Schedule Flexibility: Available for occasional on-call duties.
