Property Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced property manager who is interested in filling in on a casual basis or to support vacation coverage.
Lion's Place is a 17-unit affordable housing complex designated for persons with limited fixed income as well as adults with developmental disabilities. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative and managerial needs of Lion's Place. The position also performs a range of services that support the maintenance and repairs related to buildings, grounds and equipment, in one or more areas such as electrical, plumbing, painting and grounds keeping.
Requirements
Human Services Diploma, or equivalent Completion of relation vocational training Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act Minimum of two years' experience as a property manager First Aid Food Safe Valid Driver's License
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $29.17 per hour
