The Property Manager Assistant will provide essential support to property managers and senior officers, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions.
Position and Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to property managers and senior-level officers as needed
Answer phone calls, assist with and answer clients' requests
Receive and forward communications to different staff
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, and proofreading correspondence and meeting minutes
Preparation of agendas and minutes of various meetings
Prepare list of specifications for quotes as per PM direction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
Advanced computer skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Platforms: Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows - Shared Drives
Comfortable with technology, video conferencing and virtual training
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
The ability to adapt to change and multi-task.
Understanding of condo management industry preferred but not mandatory.
