We're seeking a friendly, perceptive Showing Agent to manage rental inquiries, coordinate and host property showings, and support the placement of reliable tenants in our properties. This role is essential to ensuring our homes are rented to responsible individuals by identifying strong candidates early in the process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential tenants (leads provided).

- Schedule and conduct showings in Bathurst (primarily evenings and weekends).

- Ensure property advertisements remain accurate and up to date (no ad creation or payments required).

- Explain the application process and guide tenants through securing a lease.

- Use your people skills to assess potential tenants and help select the best fit.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Valid driver's license. Excellent communication and people-reading skills. Bilingual Preferable (French/English) Professional, approachable, and confident demeanor. Basic knowledge of rentals or real estate is an asset, but not mandatory. Dependable transportation and ability to work independently. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on quality applications. Availability during peak rental hours, including evenings and weekends.
