As a Property Administrator, you will be providing support to the Property Managers and Leasing Department of Sunrex Management Ltd.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Handling the whole application process for new tenants which includes calling references, credit checks and ensure all paperwork is completed
Creating leases and renewals for new tenants
Miscellaneous administrative work including writing up notices, data entry and recording minutes
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
Police and Vulnerable Sector Check required before accepting conditional offer
Strong Computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
Self Motivated
Excellent time-management skills
Excellent Organizational skills
Highly organized and team oriented
Ability to deal with difficult people and situations in a calm and professional matter
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be able do market research and prepare reports showing findings
Ability to prepare, organize and maintain electronic filing systems
Residential Leasing administrative experience would be considered an asset
