About Plan A

Plan A is an established and growing Vancouver based real estate brokerage licensed for both trading and property management. Our focus is the downtown Vancouver condo and apartment market. Aside from managing properties for our clients, we also have our own portfolio of downtown condos as well as multi-unit residential apartment buildings.

Our properties are rented furnished and the average tenancy is for 3 to 6 months.

Our office has around 7 staff and is located in downtown Vancouver...within a 15 minute walk of most of our properties.

What is This Job All About?

You'll primarily be perfuming accounting and property management tasks such as:

- tenant deposit refunds

- client disbursement reports

- dealing with mail and filing docs.

- rent collection

- tenant notices

- property inspections

- performing various other property management related tasks

Requirements

You must have at least 1 year of experience working in a property management company and have completed formal post secondary education in accounting.

Excellent with numbers and a very high level of accuracy

Strong English language skills...written and spoken.

Self-starter and able to work effectively without being constantly supervised.

Clear thinker, business minded, hard worker

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

If the interview goes well, we'll ask you to come in for a few days of paid work. This will allow you and Plan A to determine if you're well suited for the position. If all parties are satisfied, a two year work contract will follow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
