We are seeking an entry level, detail-oriented and organized
Property Management Administrator
to join our busy property management and construction team. The ideal candidate will be a
fast learner
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day property management operations
Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling with tenants, contractors, and vendors
Prepare documents, letters, spreadsheets, and invoices to owners
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Assist with data entry, lease administration, and general office coordination
Provide assistance on various other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
Schedule & Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays off
