Job Description
Gentara Real Estate L.P., is a local company with commercial properties in St. John's and surrounding areas, is seeking a dedicated full time General Maintenance Worker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general outdoor and indoor property maintenance, including lawn maintenance, painting, snow removal and sidewalk sweeping. Operate snow blowers, chainsaws, and other small power tools as needed. Maintain a flexible work schedule during winter months
Qualifications:
High school diploma. Valid driver's license. Minimum of 2 year of driving experience. Ability to operate a pick-up truck. Punctual and dependable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting. Fall arrest training is an asset. Painting and plastering skills an asset General handy person skills an asset
