Job Description
Harlow Properties is looking for a skilled
Property Maintenance Manager
to oversee building upkeep and assist with light construction projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in property maintenance who enjoys managing tasks, solving problems, and keeping buildings in top shape.Responsibilities
Handle general maintenance: painting, cleaning, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Schedule and coordinate repair work and preventive maintenance. Supervise contractors or team members as needed. Perform light carpentry, construction cleanup, and operate a telehandler when required. Conduct routine property inspections and respond to maintenance issues promptly. Ensure all work follows safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property maintenance, facility management, or construction. Strong technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints or plans. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Physically able to perform hands-on work. Trade certification or related credentials are an asset.
