A leader in the vehicle rental and self storage industry is looking for a cleaning/maintenance person to perform the duties required at our location in
Kamloops, BC
.The ideal candidate will have the following skills and knowledge:
Landscaping Painting Washing and cleaning of floors, doors, windows & washrooms Minor building repairs Clean the lots and driveways Maintaining and using equipment such as presser washer, sweepers, blowers, snow blower and hand tools Individual must be an energetic, self-starter with little supervision required. Ability to lift up to 100lbs Ability to safely climb a ladder Knowledge of safe work practices Understanding of WSBC construction regulations and ability to comply Self-motivated Keen eye for detail High quality repair and general handy person work Excellent communication skills with ability to identify problems with a preventative view.
A valid BC Class 5 Drivers License or Better is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
