Job Description
J&J Property Maintenance is a fast growing business looking for reliable employees to make a lasting impression on our customers. Our company offers a variety of outdoor services providing year-round employment opportunities.
This winter we are looking for
Sidewalk Crew members.
Duties will include clearing commercial and residential walkways with a snow blower or shovel.Winter staff must submit work logs and time sheets for work performed and are expected to be
on call 24-7 to clear according to winter conditions
.We are Offering:
Seasonal winter position; summer positions are also available for interested and reliable winter team members
Duties may also include shop or vehicle maintenance duties, training, or occasional assistance in our other seasonal divisions (weather permitting)
Job Requirements:
We are looking for someone dependable and motivated to perform high quality work within targeted timelines who also has:
Own transportation to shop is an asset
Ability to be on-call 24-7 in winter months including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift more than 25 pounds
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to complete work
Ability to communicate especially in difficult situations
Attentive to detail
This job will be physically demanding!

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Experience:
snow removal: 1 year (preferred) Physically Demanding Work: 1 year (required)
