What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial or industrial property management
- Strong administrative, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Yardi is an asset)
- Strong spoken French language
- Education in real estate, business, or accounting is an asset
Other Language Requirements: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec
- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist Property Managers in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, professional service to tenants and vendors
- Support day-to-day operations for a commercial/industrial property portfolio
- Prepare and track service contracts, POs, and utility billings
- Assist with tenant move-ins/outs, inspections, and capital projects
- Manage vendor compliance, insurance certificates, and COIs
- Review and code invoices; assist with budgeting and reporting
- Maintain records, databases, and work orders in Yardi
- Provide reception backup and general administrative support
