Your responsibilities
- Organize property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs
- Collect monthly rent and fees
- Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants
- Support preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
- Arrange insurance requirements
- Provide a broad range of administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
- Process tenant applications, leases, or contracts
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
- Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
