Job Description

Shabri Properties Limited, a licensed property management company providing condominium, rental, not-for-profit housing, and commercial services in the Golden Horseshoe Region for over 40 years is hiring.

We are looking for an energetic, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our property accounting team.

Applicants with a degree in accounting from a recognized Canadian College or University or having three to five years of property accounting experience will be given preference.

The successful applicant possesses strong bookkeeping, organizational, communication and leadership skills and has a firm understanding of accrual accounting. Skills include the ability to read and interpret financial statements and supplementary information. Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as strong computer skills--including advanced level in Excel--are required.

Knowledge and understanding of the financial requirements under the Condominium Act is an asset.

A working knowledge of Yardi and/or ConStar financial systems is an asset.
