is a growing property management and investment company based in Barrie, Ontario, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. We are committed to professional excellence, accurate financial reporting, and strong relationships with our stakeholders.

We're seeking an experienced Property Accountant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with property management accounting systems and multi-entity accounting, and will be comfortable handling a range of accounting tasks including billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, tax filings, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recurring charges, tenant receipts, vendor payments, payroll, tax filings, and bank reconciliations. Prepare owner reporting and ensure compliance across residential, commercial, and storage properties. Onboard new properties and tenants, maintain data integrity, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Several years of property accounting experience (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). Proficiency with property management accounting software and general accounting tools. Strong understanding of Canadian accounting standards and compliance requirements. Advanced Excel skills are an asset.
