I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.I\'m looking for a Property Accountant for my client in Westmount. This is a permanent position with the possibility of 1 day of remote work.Your Responsabilities:

• Record journal entries for month-end/quarter-end/year-end
• Monitor all general ledger accounts
• Assist in the financial reporting process
• Prepare reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate in year-end audits
• Prepare annual budgets and cash flows
• Bank reconciliations
• Manage property expenses
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage all the billing
• Assist with mortgage renewals and annual reviews
• Be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping

and preparation of other quarterly filingsYour Profile:

• Bilingual (French and English)
• 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate industry (asset)
• Experience with Yardi, Skyline or Quickbooks (asset)
• Highly proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
