About Our ClientOur client who is in the real-estate industry located in Markham is hiring a Property Accountant for a permanent position.Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with general accounting and financial statements
- Perform monthly account analysis and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis
- Complete recovery calculations for reforecast and property budgets
- Oversee lease setup and create recovery models for newly acquired properties, as required
- 1+ years of Property Accounting experience
- Residential, Commercial experience would be an asset but not a key
- Yardi Voyager software would be a strong preference
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
