Property Accountant - Kelowna

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will provide accounting services to a portfolio of strata properties.

Monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations

Monthly and year-end journal entries, adjustments and accruals

Providing financial budgeting assistance to Property Managers

Answering client inquiries through email or phone

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

1 year of experience in property accounting environment

Experience in full-cycle accounting.

Exceptional organization skills

Experience in Condo Manager is a must!

Ability to multi-task and prioritize time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
