About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Property Accountant (Contract) with 3+ years of experience in a role with a focus on Full Cycle Accounting. This position is full-time Contract position and an in-office position in Vaughan, Ontario.

Responsibilities
- Perform Full Cycle Property Accounting responsibilities
- Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting
- Month-end accounting cycle entries
- Support implementation of process improvements
- Ad hoc projects
- An Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Pursuing CPA
- 3-5 years of Accounting Experience in a Real Estate or Property Management
- Yardi experience is a must
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written.
- Strong team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
