Job Description

Westcan Greenhouses is a propagation facility that grows perennials, shrubs, annuals, veggies and much more! We are looking for candidates that are able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday as needed. Opportunities to advance within the company if we see fit.

Assist in harvesting, preparing, and sticking cuttings. Taking productivity numbers from the team and reporting to management weekly. Weekly sticky cards count and replace. Assist releasing biological controllers. Various duties required in a farm/greenhouse setting. Being diligent while working and staying on the task at hand. Must be able to work well with others and communicate effectively. Attention to detail is important to ensure that the quality of life of the plants are maintained.

Must be able to speak English fluently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
