We are seeking seeking a full-time, dedicated, reliable, and skilled Cultivation Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of cannabis cultivation by assisting with plant care.

TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude while representing the company, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability within the department.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Able to wear personal protective equipment that include, face masks, latex gloves, hair nets/beard nets, full face and/or half face respirator.

- Preform daily tasks that include but are not limited to feeding, topping, defoliating, transplanting, cloning and propagation.

- Collaborate with team leads and other team members to achieve daily/weekly departmental goals and timelines.

- Monitor environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, lighting) and report any issues to your team lead promptly.

- Transport cannabis plants between production environments in a safe, efficient and sanitary manner.

- Assist with inventory management, including but not limited to plants, plugs, grow bags, propagation trays, humidity domes, tools.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all nursery and vegetative areas, ensuring compliance with Good Production Practices (GPP).

- Identify and report early signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies and assist in implementing corrective actions as directed.

- Complete all documents and records in a timely manner and in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).

- Report any deviations from SOPs, concerns with plant health, equipment malfunctions, or environmental concerns promptly to team leads or designated personnel.

- Participate in rotating weekend shifts with occasional overtime as required.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU MUST HAVE:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in horticulture.

Previous experience in a commercial greenhouse, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation setting is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Ability to work in humid, hot, or cold environments and stand or kneel for extended periods.

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Must pass background checks as required by regulatory authorities.

Operate various equipment as required

Oral communications skills required
