About the role

You will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service skills. You'll become an expert in our services provided then use that expertise to educate and inform new clients

What you'll do

Engage in professional and friendly manner with new potential customers in areas we are currently offering our services

Give potential clients service quotes and answer any and all questions they may have.

Book in and track clients appointments.

Work evenings and weekends 5 days a week

4-8 Monday to Friday

12-6 Saturday and Sunday

Who you are

A good communicator with ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with clients and team members to reach goals

A problemsolver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning,open to feedback and takes action as required

Able to handle customer interaction and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.

Use basic information gathering skills to solve problems

Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on the job training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
