We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key retailer accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, adaptability, and a proven track record in sales, preferably in promotional products.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow major retailer accounts; achieve and exceed sales goals Prospect and contact potential customers, generating new business opportunities Build and deliver effective sales presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva Prepare proposals, quotes, and detailed product pitches Work closely with the Graphics, Operations, Warehouse, and Overseas teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery Develop closing strategies with the company VP to secure key deals Maintain client communication, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction Track inventory databases and forecast client needs Generate leads through calls, networking, trade shows, and industry outreach Represent the company at meetings, events, and presentations

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in sales (promotional products industry preferred), with existing client relationships an asset Strong understanding of textiles and branded merchandise Exceptional communication and negotiation skills- both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with online tools Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers Valid driver's license and passport Bilingual in French is an asset
