As a Projects Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the development and execution of projects and strategic initiatives within the Supply Management team. Your goal will be to focus on continuous improvement. Your success will be demonstrated in your ability to lead and manage multiple projects and strategic initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver on commitments.

Your Responsibilities:In conjunction with the Supply Management leadership team, work with team members and business stakeholders to develop and deliver projects and strategic initiatives, including those focused on supply chain resiliency, risk mitigation, and value creation
Proactively identify and manage project dependencies, deadlines, and changes in project scope
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Develop and deliver progress reports, presentations and all other necessary project communication
Communicate changes and deliver training associated with process changes driven through the execution of projects and strategic initiatives
Establish controls and monitoring practices to monitor effectiveness of change arising from the execution of projects and strategic initiatives
Manage all aspects of work assignments in line with company policies and procedures
Your Skills:Demonstrated effective problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
Experienced in identifying, leading, influencing and delivering risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives in an organization
Solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management practices
Your Experience:University Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field of study
Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in positions with increasing accountability and responsibility
Project Management, Change Management, or Process Improvement experience is considered an asset
Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation would be an asset but is not required
