Our Engineering Services division is currently looking for a Team Lead to support the equipment installation program associated with a large industrial development in Windsor, Ontario.

Your role within the team :

Modify/rework bid documents/scope of works to incorporate Canada/Ontario locals codes and requirements

Writing documentation to create specifications and tender documents;

Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors

Coordinate between client equipment install team, construction and local installation subcontractors to ensure proper installation of client supplied process equipment

Manages multiple priorities, deliverables and client expectations;

Monitor schedule and progress of equipment installation

Inspect incoming equipment and ensure instal readiness

Troubleshooting equipment and process issues;

Other skills deemed an asset :

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 10-year experience in industrial engineering/design.

Experience managing a team and liaising with clients;

Proven track record of successful projects in a highly dynamic environment;

Licensed by a Professional Engineering Association (in Canada) is required. Member of Professional Engineers of Ontario preferred;

The project is located in Windsor, Ontario and the role is required to be on site;

AutoCAD experience would be an asset;

Automation knowledge would be an asset;

Autonomous and organized;

Ability to thrive in a teamwork environment;

Highly motivated and organized.

Fluency in both English and Korean is required.
