Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Supervisor is responsible for participating in all aspects of project delivery for Construction Administration in the Saskatchewan Roads & Highways domain.
Position Summary:
Integrated are looking for a current Project Supervisor who is looking for a fresh challenge or a well rounded technician looking to make the next step in career progression. You will be tasked with being the main site contact for contractors working on the project, supervising fellow Integrated staff members and mentoring summer students getting their first taste of road construction. Summers can be spent on road working 10 days on 4 days off, 10-14hr days = Long days and fresh air await, but so does a great team and bright future!
Primary Responsibilities:
On-site supervision of Saskatchewan Highways construction projects
Leading and supervising project teams including, survey crews, and materials technicians in support of the project
Primary contact for construction staff
Quality documentation review and safety audits
Participating in RFP/RFQ development
Assist in developing health and safety plans, project budgets, and schedules
Executing projects in compliance with Quality Management System procedures, communicate with team and client, reconcile financials, and complete final documentation requirements for project close-out
Maintaining current knowledge of leading-edge project management practices
Ensuring environmental and safety legislative requirements are being followed
Liaising with stakeholders and the client at times
Maintaining knowledge of Ministry standards, specifications, and testing standards
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years of direct supervision on Highway and Road construction projects with a preference to Saskatchewan Highways construction administration.
Or over 3 years of Technician experience directly related to Highways and Road construction projects.
Possession of a valid Drivers License
A sound knowledge of engineering design principles with a demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
Infrastructure construction site experience with a willingness to work on-site in a construction environment
Quality and Testing experience in a field environments

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
