• 
  Act as project assistant on Corporate, Business Unit and Divisional safety project and programs.
• 
  Develop project plans and business cases to align with City of Calgary safety project plans, including documentation, communications, training and implementation.
• 
  Utilize the Corporate Project Management Framework to develop safety programs and projects.

Qualifications

• 
  Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Occupational Health & Safety or Business Administration.
• 
  Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• 
  Experience with Project Management would be considered an asset.
• 
  Success in this position requires a focus on health & safety, personal accountability, desire to build relationships.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• 
  Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2023.
•

Compensation: $26.63 per hour

Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
