The incumbent will support the execution of employee communications strategies by creating a variety of communications products and content (articles, blogs, videos, presentations), creating brand awareness programs, providing daily communication summaries to the production team and collecting feedback from employees/stakeholders for continuous improvement. This role will be required to follow product through the compounding process, assist in production tasks when required and identify opportunities for efficiencies in the compounding process.What you will be doing:

  • Manage reception and front office administrative duties including but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 New hire coordination (uniforms, lab coats, name badges) \xc2\xb7
  • Maintain office supplies and room readiness \xc2\xb7 Scanning and shared file saving for all employee training requirements
  • Coordinate coffee and vending machine inventory replenishment \xc2\xb7 Facilitate laundry, pest control, Compass and Canteen OCS visits \xc2\xb7 Escort suppliers onto production floor as necessary
  • Drive internal marketing of CIVA initiatives within CIVA, across Baxter Canada and to the Global Compounding network. Create, own and manage communications through which general updates and messages can be shared including but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Quarterly CIVA newsletter \xc2\xb7 Updates to the facility \xc2\xb7 Success stories
  • Safety incidents \xc2\xb7 Policy updates \xc2\xb7 Corporate executive site visits \xc2\xb7 Planned maintenance scheduling
  • Training updates \xc2\xb7 Present at bi-weekly new hire orientation Manage messaging portals : \xc2\xb7 Daily huddle summaries to be written and posted for production team \xc2\xb7 Flat screen TV content \xc2\xb7 Communication whiteboards (lunchroom, away board, calendar etc) \xc2\xb7 Posters and general signage Develop employee event ideas with shift-specific social committees and assist with event planning and logistics Work with production and front office teams to coordinate/manage community-related events Coordinate logistics for key stakeholder visits Manage the site\xe2\x80\x99s Lunch and Learns as well as Rewards and Recognition programs in partnership with HR
  • Product production \xc2\xb7 Assist in production tasks when required \xc2\xb7 Follow product through the compounding process \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain a sustainable, secure documentation library
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in the compounding process
  • Participate in the monthly SLT meeting \xc2\xb7 Take meeting minutes and distribute to relevant stakeholders with easily identifiable action items \xc2\xb7 Communicate key takeaways to stakeholder groups through appropriate mechanisms Track site-performance metrics and disseminate in a form and through using channels that enable understanding; as well as create engagement.
