Overview

We are seeking a

Project Solutions Coordinator

to support the successful delivery of customer projects from concept to completion. This key role ensures that all initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects -- from initial customer inquiry through to final delivery. Serve as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal departments (production, engineering, quality, shipping). Develop and maintain detailed project timelines; monitor milestones and communicate updates to all stakeholders. Support new product development initiatives, including tooling and mold changes. Review, approve, and distribute specifications, drawings, and samples to relevant teams. Collaborate with procurement to source materials and components according to project requirements. Oversee production trials, first article approvals, and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards. Proactively identify potential risks or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical drawings and 3D models using

SolidWorks

and

AutoCAD

for product and tooling design. Participate in prototype design, tooling modifications, and product enhancement activities. Provide operational support for plant equipment, layouts, and improvement projects. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or technical support role, ideally within manufacturing or product development. Proficiency in

SolidWorks

and

AutoCAD

preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Understanding of production processes, quality systems, and supply chain operations is an asset.

Work Environment

Combination of office and manufacturing floor environment. Occasional travel to customer or supplier sites as required. Standard business hours, with flexibility during peak periods or project deadlines.
