Due to tremendously increasing demand for our Fibertec Windows and Doors (30 years ) pioneering fiberglass and aluminum window and door manufacturing have an immediate opening for a hands-on Senior selling Project Manager .

The ideal candidate should be highly experienced within the

WINDOW & DOOR INDUSTRY IN BOTH RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL MARKETS.

as well with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment. If you are a hands-on leader and are detail oriented, this position will suit you. This individual should also have experience in reading blueprints and specifications, great communication skills. This position has great potential for growth, along with the opportunity to expand your learning curve in the

high-rise window/door and window wall manufacturing segment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

:

Pricing and tendering projects

Ability to negotiate projects contracts

Familiarity with the fenestration provisions within the Ontario Building Code

read drawings and specs.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Additional Skills

Ability to monitor subcontractors for safety and quality control

Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress

Prepare CCDC contracts and negotiate revision changes and additions to contractual agreements

Computer literate, particularly with MS excel

Only those with appropriate experience within the window/door, or window wall industry will be considered.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year based on qualifications
