, you will work with both end-user customers and professional clients (PROs) to generate, sell, and manage full-service flooring, painting, and cabinet finishing projects. Leads will come from in-store interactions, referrals, and home shows, as well as your own prospecting efforts.
You will be responsible for guiding each opportunity from initial contact through to project completion, including generating quotes, securing bookings, and managing all aspects of the work to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. This role requires both sales acumen and project management skill, with a focus on delivering a seamless, turnkey experience for our clients.
