Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe, and will be adept at managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.

Duties



Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello. Supervise team members and coordinate with vendors to ensure alignment with project goals. Implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during project phases. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Utilize Confluence for documentation and collaboration among team members. Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure they are accurately reflected in project plans. Monitor project progress through regular status updates and presentations to stakeholders. Employ data analysis skills for effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure quality management practices are adhered to in all phases of the project.

Requirements



Proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe). Familiarity with CRMs, PowerBI, Basecamp is preferred. Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability in team management and leadership. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in budgeting and time management. Experience in RFI/RFQs and vendor management and negotiation skills is highly desirable. Proficiency in requirements gathering and quality management processes. Ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making during project implementation. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
