We are seeking a highly organized Project & Office Coordinator to work closely with ownership, assist with client coordination, support quoting, and manage material ordering for all jobs. This role supports projects from quote stage through installation and plays a key role in sourcing materials, preparing purchase orders, coordinating operations, and providing general office and shop support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist ownership with client communication, quoting support, and job setup
Prepare and manage purchase orders for all projects
Order materials, source products, and negotiate pricing to help control costs
Coordinate installers, suppliers, clients, and schedules
Track inventory, deliveries, and project requirements
Obtain permits and locates when required
Support installers and active jobs in progress
Perform other office and shop duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience assisting with quotes, ordering, POs, and supplier coordination
Strong organizational, sourcing, and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Valid driver's license required
Construction, signage, or trades experience is an asset.
