Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of our residential and multi-family projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on accountability, is detail-oriented, and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from ground-breaking to occupancy. Utilize BuilderTrend (or similar project management software) to maintain schedules, job costing, progress updates, and communication logs. Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and inspections to ensure project milestones are achieved. Build and maintain strong working relationships with trades, vendors, and inspectors. Call in and coordinate city inspections, manage approvals, and work directly with City of Edmonton inspectors to keep projects moving forward. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship. Resolve on-site challenges with proactive problem-solving and clear communication. Maintain project documentation, permits, and construction logs. Forecast material and labor requirements; ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time. Oversee quality control and adherence to building codes and company standards. Ensure all sites are clean, safe, and professionally presented. Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.
Qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience in residential construction management or site supervision (custom homes, four-plexes, or small multi-family preferred). Strong understanding of residential building practices, codes, and sequencing. Proficiency with BuilderTrend or similar construction management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently. Experience working with City of Edmonton permitting, approvals, and inspections. Valid driver's license and personal truck required (site travel between projects is frequent). Trade background or post-secondary education in construction management is an asset.
