Job Description

With 26 years in the industry, Lacey Construction is a family owned company with fun and fast paced work environment - with projects from $15,000 - $15,000,000 - we have a variety of work. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help manage our commercial, light civil, multi-family residential projects. With a focus on customer service and quality, you will be the point person ensuring our clients get the projects done while working with our 30+ team members, trades and suppliers to bring their dream homes in on time and on budget!

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service through exemplary communication skills, construction knowledge and care.

Duties:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion including permit work
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks
- Implement project management
- Utilize project management tools such as Co-Construct, Asana, SiteDocs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients and new home team

Experience:
- Excellent track record of client service

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
