PRIMARY FOCUS
TEKTELIC is a technology company that specializes in the design of wireless communication hardware and software; this position entails supporting the production and operational analysis of these products. The Analyst is the primary interface between TEKTELIC and external contract manufacturers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and negotiate quote packages for the production of goods at contract manufacturers (CM).
• Coordinate with development staff and CMs on the scheduling, technical support and delivery of finished goods.
• Communicate design changes and production requirements to contract manufacturers.
• Arrange for the organization of material build kits and their transfer to and from CMs.
• Ensure materials and finished goods are correctly processed in the TEKTELIC ERP.
• Lead internal projects to manage and improve data quality in the TEKTELIC ERP.
• Collect, analyze and report operational KPI metrics.
• Ensure internal operational procedures related to production are followed.
