What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• Working with project team, leads the project planning process, drives execution, and monitors progress.
• Generates internal project documentation such as the Project Charter, RACI Matrix and Gantt charts.
• Participates in project documentation delivered to external stakeholders.
• Works collaboratively with the project team to ensure best understanding of project objectives, specifications, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
• Manages project schedules and resources.
• Develops and maintains detailed timelines and key milestones.
• Identifies potential risks and opportunities, including mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and escalates to governance when required.
• Proactively plans and leads project team meetings with agendas, productive discussion and issues meeting minutes and action items.
• Prepares project dashboards and progress reports, identifying, anticipating, and resolving issues which threaten project timeline and/or budget.
• Supports budget and revenue forecasting, working with accounting team.
• Regularly communicates status updates to key stakeholders and management team.
• Adopts and integrates Danaher Business Systems Project Management tools
• Engages in continuous improvement in all areas of Project Management

Who you are

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry managing drug development activities, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of project management governance, process, and tools.
• Experience managing the financial aspects of project management, including planning, revenue recognition and reporting.
• Demonstrated peer leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work successfully in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management Software.
