PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager

Remote Opportunity

Ontario, Canada

$30.00 per hour

Hours are flexible

This position serves as the key link between the client, salesperson and other key individuals. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a wide range of products and services to clients with a remarkable customer experience.

Responsibilities

Schedule and participate in client meetings with the salesperson to understand client needs

Coordinate with the internal team and assign employees to provide services to clients

Plan project delivery tasks, track progress, communicate with the client frequently

Leading the onboarding process for new clients to set up partnership and ensure success

Take initiative to conduct research and ask questions to keep up with industry trends

Inputting client data, communications, and maintaining client files

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently to meet deadlines

Minimum of 3 years related client account management experience

Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues

Ability to work from home, have designated quiet office space

Passport - travel to USA will be required for conferences, meetings and events

French is an asset
