WANTED: Project Manager (HVAC/Mechanical) We are currently looking for a hard-working individual to join our team as a Project Manager to manage and maintain project work flow! Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and monitor all documentation, correspondence.
• Support senior staff with various duties as assigned
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities.
• Prepares construction schedules by studying plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting efficiencies.
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

We are looking for individuals with

• Minimum 3 years as a project manager within the last 10 years.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of administrative duties.
• Background knowledge of the construction industry and standard work flows.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• project management: 1 year (preferred)
