We are looking for a strong quantitative risk focused delivery lead with capital markets experience in a large enterprise, preferably a global bank. We work across all asset classes, methodologies and lines of business, delivering best quality risk sensitivities(PV, Greeks, scenarios and more). We work with data; develop daily in Python; in a unique code and data environment platform. The candidate will work within a global technology team focused on capital markets horizontal risk capabilities. The candidate will have the opportunity to provide thought leadership in delivering complex enterprise wide programs/projects while developing a platform with product thinking in mind. The candidate will be liaising and speaking the right languages when and where appropriate with various stakeholders focused on aspects such as data, technology, risk, margin, prime brokerage, process, trading businesses, quantitative and computational capacity to start.

Required Skills

Minimum five (5) years of related work experience

Strong communication skills oral and written

Experience with Platform ownership and management

Experience with in large distributed and enterprise environment

Ability to grow and operationalize a team

Desired Skills

Experienced in producing and orchestrating architectural/software/system design diagrams and sessions

Experience in Enterprise work tracking and tooling

Experience in an Enterprise/Software Architecture/Stack

Strong grasp of data structure and algorithms

Passion for capital markets and/or experience

Platforming looking into SRE and the different responsibilities (such as reliability, scalability, capacity and throughput)

SRE Focus and understanding

Familiarity with Technology and methodologies: User Interaction/experience in particular focusing on Reach.JS and Python
