At Enghouse, we are seeking an IT Project Manager to be a hands-on contributor while leading project team members through the successful delivery of Business Application initiatives.
What we do:
Enghouse is a Canadian based, publicly traded company (TSX:ENGH) that provides enterprise software solutions focusing on remote work, visual computing and communications for next generation software defined networks. Enghouse shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol “ENGH”. The Company’s two-pronged growth strategy focuses on internal growth and acquisitions, which, to date, have been funded through operating cash flows. The Company is well capitalized, has nominal long-term debt and is organized around two business segments.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for working with IT Leadership and Business Professionals to identify project requirements, build out the work plans, commission the workload, and execute deliverables that drive continued project momentum, and satisfactory completion of initiatives. The Project Manager will work with Sales, Finance, Support, and Services to deliver systems that enable them to carry out their day-to-day tasks effectively.
The successful candidate have experience in managing projects that improve the use of systems such as Demand Generation, CRM, ERP, Service Management and Professional Services.
Manage the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities for the project(s)

  • Serve as primary project/escalation contact to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to
  • Facilitate effective communication through weekly and monthly status reporting to ensure that key stakeholders and senior executives have the most up to date status on work
  • Monitor and report on project issues and risks. Work with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve appropriately; escalate as necessary using prescribed points of contact
  • Develop project plans for all phases of the project and associated deliverables
  • Review the project budget and scope of work, including management of project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals, proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes
  • Assist in the gathering of business requirements and the translation into technical specifications
  • Continually review and ensure adequate internal and external resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones
  • Troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution
  • Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project

What you bring:
  • 5 years minimum relevant project and technical experience,
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
  • Oversee Business Analysis activities
  • Experience with Stakeholder and Project Team Management
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading multiple projects
  • Strong presentation and report writing skills
  • IT Concepts and Architecture, Business & Financial Communications
  • PMP Credentials considered an advantage
