Technology is changing at an increasingly rapid rate and our business is placing more and more demands on the Technology function to design, build and/or implement systems that enable the business to grow and deliver excellence for its clients. dentsu International Solutions has a vacancy for a Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a large, complex and high-risk Operational and Technology global project. A successful project is delivered on schedule, within defined scope, within approved budget, and at quality standards as governed and set forth by the Program/Project Management methodology, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

• Manages day-to-day stakeholder interaction and expectations for project
• Owns program specific contractual agreements with vendors where applicable
• Supports in Steering Committee meetings/board meetings during project lifecycle, ensuring all risks, issues, actions, and dependencies are clearly documented, communicated, and understood
• Proactively manage and handle issues and escalations, understanding their relevant priorities and managing expectations accordingly
• Responsible for Demand Management & Resource Planning to ensure successful delivery
• Supports forecasting revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates & utilisation
• Facilitate governance and reporting cadence (PSRs and Status Reports), whilst ensuring that overall accountability for delivery is maintained.
• Supports building business cases and setting up tracking mechanisms with the business to ensure that the benefits are realised
• Developing relationships with multiple 3rd Parties including offshore teams and working with them to optimize and enhance our delivery capability
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the team
• Constantly be on the lookout for improvements for processes
• Helps to define and build the Project Management practise within the Product Operations team, whilst partnering with the Product, User Experience & Design, PMO and Engineering teams globally.
• Ensuring the correct project artefacts are utilised based on the Project Risk Index
• Adhering and contributing to the DENTSU best practices and way of working

Qualifications

• Track record in delivering projects across multiple technologies in a complex environment
• Agency experience essential
• Previous experience in a Project Management role in technology is essential
• A degree in IT / Computer Science – preferred but not essential
• Good technical understanding of Software release processes and the tools used to facilitate them
• Demonstrable experience of embedding Agile (Kanban & Scrum) & Waterfall delivery methods
• Experience in using PM tools in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience in generating and maintaining process documentation
• Strong written skills including technical writing skills
• Exposure to Product Management would be highly beneficial
• Understanding or Lean and/or six sigma methodologies
