We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for Industrial projects in our Atlantic region. The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, experience in the engineering and construction industry, with project management skills. This is a hybrid position based out of our St. John\'s, NL office, with rotations to Labrador City, however, other home locations within Atlantic Canada would be considered.Primary Responsibilities

• Work within a multidisciplinary design team as a project manager with a focus on structural-based projects.
• Complete site visits to document existing conditions in both brownfield and greenfield projects
• Work with a team of engineers, designers through proposal development to project completion
• Complete budgetary estimates, write proposals and contribute to reports and studies
• Oversee formal engineering review processes to ensure they are completed
• Industrial, electrical utility (with focus on mining and electrical utility facilities), commercial, institutional, and government projects
• Regular visits to Labrador City required in an established rotation

• Profile

• Higher education in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Registered or able to register as an Engineer with the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland & Labrador (PEGNL) - an asset
• PMP designation - an asset
• 7-10 or more years of relevant experience
• Proven experience n the project engineering and construction industry
• Capacity to interact within a multidisciplinary environment
• Client-focused,keen to understand their problems and recommend solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit that will contribute to the growth of the business - an asset
