From the design table to the stores and our digital channels, we are always finding new ways to create memorable customer experiences, backed by a strong brand portfolio and powered by the most passionate people in the industry.Position overviewUnder the supervision of the Construction and Facility Maintenance Director, the Project Manager oversees the complete construction process for all projects in our three divisions. He/she is responsible for managing the construction critical paths, construction deficiencies and handover dates. He/she is a key player in the store construction process, acting as the point of contact for external and internal parties involved in projects.Responsibilities:

• Conducts site visits: As needed, perform site visits at different stages. Some site visits can also be virtual with the collaboration of local contractors;
• Responsible to identify and resolves stores construction/layout deficiencies within a reasonable and agreed time frame with the general contractors;
• Review construction documents (architectural plans, engineering, administrative documents, etc.);
• Manages and evaluates the general contractors\' extras for all the change orders, evaluates alternatives to resolves site issues, identifies course of action and recommends solutions and liaises with the department for approval;
• Liaises with all parties involved in the construction process; general contractors, suppliers, tenant coordinator, mall manager, superintendent and the divisions;
• Assesses tender analysis and evaluates general contractors\' recommendations.
• Responsible for ensuring that store layouts and stores reflect the concept and brand position.

QualificationsQualifications et competencies:

• College Diploma in Interior design, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years\' experience in project management (retail industry is an asset);
• Strong construction site management experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Bilingualism (French and English). This position requires interaction with our stores across Canada as well as external parties involved in various projects across Canada;
• Available to travel intensively at times;
• Very good at multi-tasking, problem solving, with a great sense of urgency;
• Demonstrated leadership skills;
• Ability to consult AutoCAD documents (an asset).
