About the team:
The Store Development team is a highly dynamic and energetic team that oversees the construction (renovation or relocation) of all Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky Mobile and The Source stores across Canada. We work cross functionally with many channels with in Bell as well as third party contractors and fabricators to meet business objectives and goals.
The Role:
Oversee Bell Store Development projects from start to finish. Supervise tasks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that every aspect of the project is completed on time. Must also be able to foresee potential risks and find proper solutions to mitigate or eliminate them so that they do not impede a project\xe2\x80\x99s success. Create timelines, delegate tasks and shape a project perfectly to the needs of everyone who stands to benefit from its completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying project goals, needs, and scope
Planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout a project
Ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly
Managing all resources necessary for project execution
Fostering effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status
Foreseeing and strategically eliminating blockers and potential risks
Documenting each step of the process using various project management tools
Ensuring top-quality results and success for a project
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Critical Qualifications:
College diploma in Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
Experience in project management
Autonomous, strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve deadline.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing.
A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s licence.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Project.
Ability to travel long distances with multiple night stays.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 to 5 years experience in a related role
PMP certification, an asset
