We handle every step of the process -- from quoting to permits to final installation -- and treat every client, regardless of company size, with the same level of care and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing

Consulting clients at the initial stage to understand their needs and guide them on signage options Managing signage projects from approval to final installation Coordinating timelines, permits, vendors, and installation crews Acting as the main point of contact for clients, designers, and production Ensuring a smooth flow of communication and documentation at every stage Flagging delays, resolving issues, and keeping all parties aligned Following up on survey notes, production status, and post-install wrap-ups

Who You Are

Experienced in managing projects, ideally in signage, construction, or manufacturing Client-focused and service-oriented -- you take pride in delivering organized, stress-free experiences Confident communicator, able to work with installers, subcontractors, and clients alike Comfortable with technical drawings, permits, and fabrication concepts Tech-savvy -- able to navigate CRMs, spreadsheets, and project management tools Bilingual (French & English) is a
