About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned

Project Manager

with hands-on experience in

SAP ERP

and

Warehouse Management (WM)

. The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of technology-driven supply chain projects within a fast-paced, omnichannel retail environment. This role requires strong project leadership, deep understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to deliver complex implementations on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end lifecycle

of technology and supply chain projects -- including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, resource needs, timelines, and deliverables. Manage

SAP WM

and related warehouse technology implementations, ensuring smooth integration with broader ERP systems. Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance. Use

project management tools

(MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) to monitor milestones and deliverables. Balance the

triple constraint

(time, cost, scope) effectively to ensure successful project delivery. Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track resolution plans. Conduct

weekly status updates

and present progress to executive steering committees. Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members and ensure alignment on goals. Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and post-go-live support activities. Maintain strong stakeholder communication across business, IT, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

10+ years

of experience in

project management

, with at least

2-3 years

implementing supply chain and warehouse technology solutions (e.g.,

SAP WM, Manhattan, JDA

). Strong background in

supply chain and logistics operations

, especially in retail and omnichannel environments. Proven ability to

lead cross-functional teams

and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification

(completed or in progress) preferred. Proficiency in

MS Project, Excel, and project collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)

. Ability to travel to various sites across the

GTA

as required. Flexibility to work off-hours (evenings/weekends) to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $55.00 per hour
