Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing SAP HR data migration projects, preferably from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors (SF).
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from planning and stakeholder management to data validation and post-migration support.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of SAP ECC to SuccessFactors data migration projects.
Collaborate with HR, IT, SAP functional teams, and third-party vendors to define project scope, data mapping rules, and timelines.
Manage project plans, budgets, risk registers, and status reporting for all phases of the migration.
Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Ensure seamless integration and accurate population of Employee Central and other SF modules.
Coordinate testing phases including SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
Monitor project KPIs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to governance and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
Support change management, communication, and training initiatives related to the transition.

Must-Have Skills:
6+ years of experience in project management, pref. with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations involving SAP HR or SuccessFactors.
Experience managing data migration to SAP SuccessFactors, e.g. from Employee Central.
Expertise in project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum/Agile certification, SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors certification (EC preferred) will be an added advantage.
Experience with SuccessFactors provisioning, data models, and metadata framework is a plus.
Understanding of data protection standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
