Duties

- Engage with customers to identify their roofing or renovation needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

- Conduct product and service demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits effectively.

- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions and accurately managing cash handling.

- Maintain a well-organized sales area to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

- Efficiently manage time to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and share best practices.

- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to make informed recommendations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in roofing sales or a similar technical sales environment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.

- Proficiency in using POS systems and relevant technology.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Confident in demonstrating and discussing products persuasively.

- Strong time management skills for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
