Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative with roofing industry experience to join our team. You'll connect with customers, assess their needs, and offer tailored roofing and renovation solutions. This role combines sales skills, industry knowledge, and strong communication to close deals and deliver top-tier service.

Duties

Identify customer needs and recommend roofing/renovation solutions Conduct product and service demonstrations Use POS systems for transactions and manage cash handling Keep sales area organized and customer-friendly Manage time effectively to meet sales targets Work with restoration and insurance companies we partner with Follow up on hot leads and contribute to team sales goals

Roofing or technical sales experience Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using POS systems and basic math Organized and confident in presenting products Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
